Staffing Solutions USA provides recruitment services that are both professional and personal. We take the time to understand the specific needs of each placement so you only see qualified candidates.

1.  Develop a Candidate Profile. We will conduct an initial phone interview with the employer client. By listening thoroughly to what the employer is looking for, Staffing Solutions USA can develop a comprehensive profile as well as a plan of action.

2.  Develop a Candidate Pool. In recent years, the Internet and online job posting websites have grown in scope and in popularity. While Staffing Solutions USA has been quick to make use of this technology where appropriate, we know that often the best candidates cannot be found online or in a database. In fact, the best candidates may not even be looking to make a job change. Finding them requires our dedicated professionals.

Recruiters at Staffing Solutions USA take advantage of extensive and long-term relationships with both companies and employees developed over many years to help find the best candidate.

3.  Present Only the Best. You are busy running your business. Interviewing a large group of unqualified candidates is a waste of time for you, and demoralizing to potential employees. Staffing Solutions USA will present you only with candidates that are worthy of your time and consideration. 

Should we present you with candidates that you elect not to pursue, we’ll ask for feedback on why they were not a fit. After receiving the feedback, we’ll adjust our hiring plan accordingly in order to present you with candidates you’re more likely to hire.

4.  Communication. You can expect to hear from us consistently throughout the process to keep you apprised of how your search is going. When appropriate we scheduled weekly conference calls with client employers to help us stay abreast of current needs and opportunities, and to gain feedback.

5. Facilitate the Interview Process. We can handle many of the small, but vital details in the interview process. We can manage as much of the interview and hiring process as your requirements dictate.

To whatever extent the client company desires, Staffing Solutions USA can schedule phone and in-person interviews, from initial phone screen to final interview.

6.  Follow Up. We’ll be back in touch with you after placements for follow-up feedback.
